Business Areas
The BBIS Group operates in three business areas:
banking and regulated financial services, trading, industrial investments and foundations.
The BBIS Cyclos Holding Group operates through companies specializing in distinct and complementary business areas. This multidimensional model allows it to cover the entire value chain in the sector, generating internal synergies and giving back to civil society.
regulation banking platforms and emi services
The Group is preparing to operate in the banking sector through companies holding banking licenses and EMI (Electronic Money Institution) licenses, authorized to operate in their respective jurisdictions. Activities include account management, payment services, electronic money issuance, and financial services for institutional and private clients. The Group has acquired a majority stake in an offshore private bank with a KTT license.
PLATFORMS AND SOLUTIONS FOR PROFESSIONALS AND RETAIL TRADING
The Group operates in financial markets through trading platforms dedicated to professional and retail segments (licensing pending). This approach integrates advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence-based solutions, to offer competitive and transparent investment and trading tools.
STRATEGIC CAPITAL ALLOCATION AND EQUITY DEVELOPMENT
The Group manages investment and venture capital activities through two specialized vehicles: BBIS Cyclos Investment Ltd focuses on the allocation and management of investment portfolios; BBIS Cyclos Venture Capital Ltd focuses on equity investments in industrial and commercial companies with high growth potential, with a particular focus on the R&D and technology sectors.
NON-REPAYABLE FUNDING FOR PROJECTS WITH HIGH SOCIAL VALUE
The Group recognizes social responsibility as a cornerstone of its institutional identity. To this end, a Foundation has been established with the specific mandate of providing non-repayable funding or making assets available for use by projects, organizations, and initiatives with social, cultural, educational, and community development purposes. The Foundation is funded by a significant portion of the profits generated by the Group's companies.
The Foundation operates fully independently from the Group's commercial activities and follows rigorous selection criteria, aimed at assessing the concrete and measurable impact of the funded projects. Priority areas of intervention include social inclusion, support for education, the economic development of local communities in the jurisdictions where the Group operates, and the promotion of humanitarian initiatives.
Through this tool, BBIS Cyclos Holding Ltd translates its commitment to economic growth into tangible actions that generate value not only for its shareholders, but for all the communities with which the Group interacts.
