The company announces its transformation into BBIS Cyclos Holding Ltd and the control of new business units in banking, trading, insurance and alternative investments
BBIS Cyclos officially announces a major evolution of its corporate structure. As of March 31, 2026, the company has assumed the role of Group Holding Company under the new name BBIS Cyclos Holding Ltd, marking a strategic step forward in the group’s development.
The new holding company will control several key business units in the financial sector, starting with a wholly owned banking sub-holding company. This entity is currently engaged in the acquisition of banking licenses in various operational markets and in establishing connectivity with the SWIFT system. In addition, the group includes a trading platform that has been operational for some time, as well as an insurance services company that is currently being incorporated.
Alongside its core activities, BBIS Cyclos Holding Ltd will also oversee additional support structures focused on investments and economic growth. These include a Venture Capital company dedicated to equity investments in industrial and commercial ventures, startups, and youth-led initiatives, as well as a wholly owned investment company operating in real estate and alternative assets, such as artworks and gemstones.
The group’s development plan also includes the future establishment of a Foundation with a humanitarian focus, aimed at supporting individuals and communities in need. A portion of the group’s profits will be allocated to this initiative, in line with a socially responsible and impact-oriented vision.
From an organizational standpoint, CEO Daniele Brazzi announced the launch of a new managerial phase with the appointment of a General Manager of the Holding Company, who will serve a two-year mandate to support the adjustment of the corporate architecture and governance structures of the group’s various Strategic Business Units. In addition, the appointment of a Head of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) has been finalized, in compliance with applicable regulations
